Returns and Exchanges

To Exchange a product: Unworn / unwashed items may be exchanged for another item within 60 days of receipt of your purchase. Send your unworn / unwashed items to us at:

Include a note (or ideally, write on the packing slip and include that) with the following information:
-The order number, or the email address used with the order.
-What products and sizes you want in exchange (if this is an exchange). 
-The address you would like your exchange shipped to (if it is an exchange). 
-The exchange fee (which covers re-stocking, processing the exchange, and return shipping). Exchange fees are as follows: Domestic (USA & Canada) - $5. International = $10. Please send cash, check, money order, or a credit card # and expiration date. Failure to send exchange fee may delay your return. 

To Return a product: If you are unhappy with your shirt for some reason, we recommend you email us before returning to see if we can fix your problem. Unworn / unwashed items may be returned for a product refund within 60 days of receipt of your purchase. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. We cannot send cash refunds. Send your unworn / unwashed items to us at:

-Please list the items that you are returning, and write "return for refund." 

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Defective shirt: If you received the wrong shirt, or the shirt we sent you was defective in some way, please contact us at orders@g2ohcustom.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up. We will take care of it for you.
